More settled weather at the beginning of the week has given anglers some good sport with fish still fairly high in the water anglers have found most methods productive. PLEASE Note LONG CRAG LAKE WILL BE CLOSED FOR A TEFF COMPETITION ON SUNDAY 26th FEBRUARY. sorry for any inconvenience caused. This Sunday we hosted the puddle pairs competition run by Lee Cartmail 167 fish were caught and released and quite a few dropped .the winners and Qualifiers were – 1, Peter Appleby and James Stephenson -2, Lewis Leng and Ryan Mathews. – 3, Glen and Dean Appleby. – 4, Kriss Munro and Carl Dresser. We would like to thank everyone who attended and Lee Cartmail for his hard work organising and running the event.
