Fish have continued to be caught in the top layers of water, with the 'washing line' method proving successful. Lures and Bloodworms have also taken some great bag numbers; however they have still been fished relatively high in the water column, with midge tip lines being a good choice.

  • P. Ryder landed 7 fish between both lakes using a mixture of flies
  • Ken Glenton landed 10 fish between both lakes using Eggs, Lures and Nymphs
  • Roger Wilson landed 5 fish from Long Crag using Eggs and Pinkies
  • John Williams returned 10 fish to Coe Crag using Buzzers
  • Alec Harvey used Mixed Lures to return 15 fish to Long Crag
  • Alan Morton returned 7 fish between both lakes using Fluff Cats
  • Geoff Huscroft used Cats Whiskers to return 6 fish, best at 7.5lb
  • John Jervis landed 6 fish between both lakes using Buzzers fished on the 'washing line'
  • Gary Surtees landed 10 fish from Long Crag using Cats Whiskers, best fish was a 6lb Brown
  • James Carr landed 16 fish from Long Crag using Various Flies
  • Steven Crochane safely returned 8 fish to Long Crag also using Various Flies
  • Mick Brown landed 9 fish from Long Crag using Lures
  • John Robson landed 6 fish using a Black Dancer
  • Nathan & Trevor Bryant landed 20 fish between them using Nymphs and Lures
  • Rob Hall returned 14 fish to Coe Crag using Apps Bloodworms and Yellow Dancers
  • Trevor Wadds landed 9 fish from Coe Crag using Diawl Bach's
  • Stewart and Jack Blakey landed 11 fish between them using Buzzers, Dries and Lures
  • A. Campbell landed 8 fish from Long Crag
  • Glen Appelby used Lures to return 20 fish to Long Crag
  • C. Crompton landed 17 fish from Long Crag using Lures
