Anglers have experienced some superb dry fly and buzzer action this week. The mild weather has really brought the fish to the top few inches in the water column, and in return has provided some near perfect conditions all week long. Anglers have also reported fish into the double figures along with good numbers of fish in the 6-8lb region, a few lucky anglers have even managed double hook-up's this week.
- Roger Wilson landed 18 fish from Long Crag using Pink Bloodworms
- Lee Telford landed 14 fish between both lakes using FAB's and Buzzers
- Steven Mole enjoyed multiple visits this week landing 32 using dries and Buzzers
- Spike Millican used Dries and FAB's to return 15 fish to Long Crag
- Alec Harvey used Buzzers and Dries to release 20 fish to Long Crag
- Jim Smith landed 13 fish from Long Crag using Apps Bloodworms
- Peter Appelby landed 20 fish from Long Crag using Dries and Buzzers
- Trevor Wadds retruned 48 fish between both lakes over three visits using Black Dries
- Terry Toner returned 19 fish to Long Crag over multiple visits using Diawl Bach's
- Alan Morton returned 12 fish between both lakes using Buzzers and Diawl Bach's
- Paul Hird landed 17 fish from Long Crag using Buzzers
- Bill McEadie landed 18 fish from Long Crag using Top Hats and Shipmans
- Richard Palframan landed 12 fish between both lakes using Dries and Buzzers
- Adam Radwan landed 9 fish from Coe Crag using Dries
- Rob Hall returned 35 fish to Long Crag over two visits using Buzzers, Best fish at 11.5lb
- Bob Bell landed 13 fish from Long Crag using Top Hat Buzzers
- Darren Middleton landed 18 fish from Long Crag also using Top Hat Buzzers
- Steve Noble safely released 16 fish between both lakes using Dries, best fish at 8lb
- Lee Wilkinson & Conor Metcalfe both returned 20 fish each using FAB's and Buzzers
- Guy Nicholson landed 20 fish from Long Crag using FAB's and Buzzers
- Greg Lewins landed 14 fish from Long Crag using FAB's and Diawl Bach's
- Michael Hall released 15 fish to Long Crag using Dries and Diawl Bach's
- Dean Hedley landed 11 fish from Long Crag using Top Hat Buzzers
- Ken Glenton landed 18 fish from Long Crag using various Flies
- Alan Jarvis landed 15 fish from Long Crag using Wicked White Buzzers
