31st Oct 2021 - Fishing Report w/e 31st October 2021
A mixture of weather conditions making it feel like we are well into Autumn, has allowed anglers to practice a variety of methods this week. Despite the wet and windy weather, Dries and Emergers have still been taking some remarkable bag numbers. Lures and Bloodworms have also taken some excellent numbers. The big fish in both of our lakes, are continuing to show themselves during the cooler weather. Rainbows landed up to 12lb, Browns to 9lb and Tigers also to 9lb.
A very successful junior event was held at the fishery on Thursday by Level 2 Game Angling Coach, Steve McCann. It's great to see the future of the sport, enjoying themselves no matter what the weather throws at them.
