LAKE CLOSURE: Please note that Long Crag lake will be closed on Sunday 13th February for a Competition. Coe Crag Lake will remain open as usual. Apologies for any inconvenience caused to our anglers.
JUNIOR FLY TYING SESSION - Wednesday 23rdFebruary

Following another relatively dry and windy week, anglers have enjoyed some good sport in the top few feet of water. Buzzers 'free lined' have taken some decent numbers. Lures and Bloodworms in various colours have again been most productive for the anglers. Great to see the anglers landing some fish into the double figures. Stewart Younger landed a Brownie that was estimated at over 10lb, Ray O' Connor landed a Rainbow at 9lb 1oz.
- Roger Wilson landed 20 fish between both lakes over two visits this week, mainly caught using Pink Bloodworms
- P. Ryder landed 11 fish from Long Crag using Cats Whiskers
- Matty Devine returned his limit of 20 fish to Long Crag using Devine Dancers
- Ian Santos landed 8 fish from Long Crag using Bloodworms
- Ray O' Connor landed 7 fish from Long Crag using Bibio's, Best fish at 9lb
- Dave Boland used Cormorants and Diawl Bach's to return 9 fish to Coe Crag
- F. Daly also landed 9 fish using Cormorants and Black Lures
- Jim Burtle landed 6 fish from Long Crag using Zonkers
- Ali Tait returned 7 fish to Long Crag using Various Flies
- Mick Brown landed 18 fish from Long Crag using Lures, bets fish were a 7lb Rainbow and 8lb Brown
- John Williams landed 11 fish between both lakes using Buzzers
- Kenny McMahon landed 6 fish from Coe Crag using Bloodworms
- Michael Hall landed 13 fish between both lakes using Zonkers, Lures and Bloodworms
- Josh Piper landed 9 fish between both lakes using Lures
- Tony Rowley landed 7 fish from Long Crag using Buzzers
- Willie Crombie landed 8 fish from Coe Crag using Various Flies
- Stewart Younger landed 13 fish from Long Crag using Devine Dancers
- Jim Tuck landed 12 fish from Long Crag using Lures and Nymphs
